Subscription Overview
Birdees Box subscriptions are recurring deliveries of our birdseed blends, available in select tiers and shipped according to the schedule selected at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on your selected frequency until canceled.
Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise selected).

Your payment method will be charged on the same calendar day each billing cycle.

You will receive confirmation of each order by email.
If a payment attempt fails, we will notify you and attempt to process payment again.
Managing Your Subscription

Update your shipping address

Skip an upcoming delivery

Cancel your subscription
Changes must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Changes made after this window may apply to the following billing cycle.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account portal.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping & Processing
Subscription orders follow the same processing timelines outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal conditions.
Product Availability
In rare cases, certain blends or add-ons may become temporarily unavailable.
If this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute with a comparable product of equal or greater value, or to contact you with options.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing as necessary.
Subscribers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes prior to renewal.
